i need a mobile form that looks good on phone and user friendly I want dependent drop downs for year make and model Maybe this helps: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] next ii want the fields to advance automatically when I put year it jumps to make etc... The next thing is the location it asks if I can use my location html5 geo ?. If I say yes it fills in zip and city or if I put in zip manually it fills out city and state [login to view URL] .. Next each question when I pick yes or know it moves onto the next question automatically.
