Android: Select & Upload Photos / Take Picture

I am writing my first Android app (for educational purposes) and need the code to: 1) take a picture 2) select photos from gallery And then upload the photo(s) to my PHP script on the web server. Like most apps I want to give the user the option to take a picture or select picture(s) to upload. I want a progress bar to show the upload progress. On complete I want it to return to my WebView Activity. On failure I want the user told the upload failed, and give a button to retry the upload. On cancel (or back) I want it to return to my WebView Activity. From gallery I want the ability to select many images. From camera I want a preview of the picture taken and buttons to discard or upload. As stated above I just need the code to include in my app. However, upon delivery, I need the code delivered as a standalone app so I may easily test the functionality. This project is educational use and not for a production app. I'm just trying to learn how this stuff works, so my budget is minimal. For my consideration, please provide screen shots of similar Android app functionality, Thank you in advance!
