Create Magento extension: alternative customer account registration

Hi, I have been working on magento for over an year. If i understand your requirement clearly then you need a single form for customer registration. we can do it in various ways but what looks best to me is when user clicks on create account(screen-shot 1), a light-box pop up will appear. The pop-up will have all necessary fields I have attached 2 screen-shots to explain my understanding. I have also worked on customizing many of the magento extension and have developed few of my own. I have designed an airline-compatible product list extension which on product page pop-ups the list of airline compatible with that product(bags). I have designed an extension called "shop by anything" for my client www.urbandazzle.com. it creates custom url page for any of the attribute. Prouct-infos is another of my extension which i created for one of my client in which 1 product can have multiple descriptions. upload a pdf is another of my extension for my client [login to view URL] You can see another of my extension which connects magento and moodle on [login to view URL] I have also customized an extension called partial payment for my client [login to view URL] which have shipping charges in the second installement now. i have customized another extension called "link exchange" for [login to view URL] to display country name also.
