Company LOGO & Website Template Design (Graphics Only)

My company is launching a new e-commerce website for selling computer products & electronics.? I need a website template designed that is 1000px in width (center framed) with a background of some sort.? I do not have a logo design for the new website at this point, which is highly important and will probably require several back and forth shots of design possibilities. I do not require any ASP/HTML design, just the photoshop work.? All photoshop work aswell as any non-standard fonts must be delivered with the completed work.? All photoshop files must be well organized (layers labeled accordingly). A sample mock-up of our existing site can be seen here:? <[login to view URL]>? however, this is not the new company name/logo. ## Deliverables All bidders MUST supply a link to their portfolio (or have one in their profile), and have a reasonable amount of work history in logo design, website design.? Bidders must be highly fluent in English. I do not have a 100% clear concept of what I am looking for in a template design other then the fact that it must support the existing website features.? Our companies current focus is selling PC Desktops, Laptops, Computer Parts but will be selling additional products in the future. logo top area: 1000px by XXX (open to height options, but cannot be greater then 175px height, preferably in the 80-125 area)? ? The website LOGO is the most important part of this job, I am somewhat capable with photoshop so I can make minor design/layout changes to the template design as needed.? I do not have any pre-determined color requirements for the logo or the pages itself.? The logo & template must fit well together. The Logo will contain 1 or 2 slogans, 1-800 number, company name/logo. left spline : 200px (see mock-up for general layout idea) Open to new font, product category header seperations, colouring) content area: 650px (general layout should be similar to example, open to new font, headers, button concepts, etc..) right spline: 150px (leave blank) outer background: preferably a 3d-ish shadowed background as seen in the example above (colouring open to suggestion). The overall design should look professional and clean (not cartoony), however the logo may have a cartoony look as long as it fits in with design concept (not saying that it should). I will require future small bit jobs to design minor graphic images as the page-to-page design progresses so any bidder must be open to completing very small bit work.? eg.? a 200x150 graphic saying something like 'ORDER TODAY PICK-UP TOMORROW'.
