Blog Header Design & Blog Adjustments

I have a few small jobs that need to be completed on my blogs... **1. Upload graphic header. **I need tha graphic header that is at <[login to view URL]> to also be uploaded to <[login to view URL]> **2. Create blog header graphic.** Using the header graphic abaove I need a new one made but just with different text. Once it is finished it will need to be uploaded at [login to view URL] **3. Right hand menu text moved. **I need the text moved further to the left in the right hand menu of one of my blogs. Text needs to come over to the vertical line - please see image I have attached for more detail.
