a2billing modifications (1435762)

We need some modifications in the a2billing system [login to view URL] 1. Integration of our custom designed template with a2billing ( CSS/HTML based template ), making the whole thing table-less. 2. Making a2billing AJAX based ( jQuery can be used ). 3. Very few changes in user sign-up page. Please bid only if you are well versed with a2billing. We don't want this project to be your experiment. ## Deliverables The coder should install a2billing on his local pc/own hosting environment ( it has to be linux based). The custom design will be provided (HTML/CSS), which should be integrated with a2billing with appropriate changes. The majority of changes would be with CSS, you may also have to make changes to the PHP code. As mentioned, we also want the user sign-up page much simpler.
