Change Structure database Mysql

I have a problem with the submissions page we have a lot of fake submission in our software site: (and bad software ) Now I like to fix this problem and put the submissions on hold and like the view it mezelf first and than confirm to the database is this possible so soon as possible. I mean as to the 4 types of submission, me(the site administrator) must view and confirm the submission before it is released for public download. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
