Callblasting system for Asterisk 1.4 based on php-agi

we are looking to develop a callblasting system base on asterisk 1.4 and php-agi, to create multiples and independent call back / IVR campains based on csv files, and those files will have to be include into a mysql database to manage all the calls, these calls have to record (just the activity no audio) into another table from the sabe mysql db in order to feed the califications and results from the IVR prompts. this collected data have to feed a public portal in order to display the results from each campain created more details will release to the candidate selected
