CakePHP: site search, contact form & popup w/cookie

I have a CakePHP site. The site uses the CakeTwig templating plugin. There is a sandbox version of the site at Camberpharma.us. I need to add a search function, a contact form (there is one there already, but I need a second one) and a Fancybox popup image that appears the first time a user loads the home page (using cookies). You can see the popup image when load the home page. However the cookie does not work, and the overlay that should darken the site in the background does not work. The existing contact form is on the contact page. I need one on the Healthcare page ([login to view URL]). The healthcare page was created in the site admin so it is not a distinct page in the app. The form for this page could be added to the default layout with a conditional statement, or possibly in the edit box that controls the page content. The search function should search the entire site, both static pages as well as dynamic content contained in the database.
