Blogging application using Symfony and MySQL

Hello freelancers. I'm about to post project for system of automated posting. Brief overview: There is a zip file exists, which contains about 15000 english articles in html format. Articles in the file are separated into directories, which names is also name of category. We need a blog managment software which able to do the following: * Look into the archive and pick one of articles, do certain operations described below and publish article. Every article can be picked only once. * Before publishing article the system must do the following: 1. Extract article text from the html (assumed that all html pages has equal html code) 2. Do a request to translate service to translate english to sweden language. translate service are described in attached file. Title and article text are subjects to translate. 3. Save both requested text (english) and result (sweden) into database. * Be able to display english version of article The application should be made with Symfony 1.4 There is git repository exists on [login to view URL] for easy source code exchange.
