Configure Joomla Site from Template

I am looking for a freelancer to build a site from a Joomla template. The template comes with the 'demo' configured so it should be quite easy to get it to look like the one on the template site itself. Thereafter, I require:
1. Logo and artwork (mine) to replace the demo pictures etc. I already have the artwork.
2. Installation of a payment component (as necessary) for common payment methods.
3. Set-up of three user groups: Registered, Trial and Client. (This is a site to sell software btw).
4.. Configure logic including the above user groups such that:
User presses big green download button on front page and is required to register. Upon successful sign-up and confirmation (ie the clicking of the email link), the new user (Registered group) is taken directly to the download page where he/she can now download a demo of the software (no public access to the download without having signed up). Once they have actually downloaded the software, they will become members of the Trial user group.
The purchase page is now available (to members of the trial group), where they can purchase the software. Definitely Paypal and Google Checkout need to be supported, so a payment component will be needed. Upon purchase of the software, users become a member of the Client group and an email is automatically generated and sent to admin with details of the new client.
