create joomla 1.7 tamplate + joomla components and modules modification according to spec

we'll need a PHP developer with a knowledge of HTML5/CSS 3 skills.

also knowladge of Jquwey library would be helpfull.

the project is mostly to create a Joomla 1.7 site template.

it includes 4 pages:

1. homepage.

2. article page.

3. newsletter template - to be sent from system.

4. newsletter template to be viewed on site

5. contact form CSSing

in order for modules to appear on the homepage according to design

it includes modification of the following module:

* Lof ArticlesSlideShow

* AiDaNews

further more tjhis project requires cross browser knoiwledge in order to have the site compatible with, IE7-8-9 browsers.

the template should not include any tables, divs only instead.
