Diploma Verification

I have a DZOIC CMS install at Parentroad.com. I offer training classes on this site. I would like a place in my admin area to submit a student’s full name, class name, a certificate # and date when he or she passed a class. I need users to have the ability to visit my site and type in certificate # into a box. When they hit "search" I need it to come back with a "certificate # not found" OR the name, Class type and date of completion/certification. I have another project after this.
