Development of Asianusenet site

[url removed, login to view] currently is a newsgroup indexing site for asian content. We are using vbulletin to do so with plenty of plugins and modifications to achieve our goal.

However we wish to start using our own code and have new features build in specifically fit for purpose but still retain flexibility and functionality of vbulletin who provides excellent user and group management with permission options.

We would like the site closely modelled on [url removed, login to view]

We would appreciate a coder that has some knowledge on usenet and NZB's as they play a major part, but this is not mandatory as any one can get familiar with this technology.
