Developing PHP PostgreSQL customer mangement pages

We are looking for a professional PHP + POSTGRESQL + javascript programmer to develop our customer management pages. Html templates of pages are ready. So, your main responsibilities are, - Creating relevant db tables and fields on PostgreSQL database. - Storing/presenting data on relevant pages. This is not a complex project but you should have good references related to php development and PostgreSQL database. I will not outsource the whole part of the project at once. If you complete the first phase of the project successfully (you should prove your proficiency) then you will be selected for the next part of the project. We will more forward by this way.
