Design Tool - Flash or not!

I need the SOURCE CODE of a T-shirt Designer. So, pls bid if you have any T-Shirt Designer application with you, made by you or anyone. I guarantee that I will not use it directly, as there is Copyright issues. I will use the code with my own graphics, so it will be different than the one you will provide me. Pls consider the factor that you need NOT to build the application, just send me the source files (.fla, .xml, .php, and if any other) of the T-shirt Designer.
