Cutting-Edge Web 2.0 App: Zend Framework, PHP, Prototype AJAX / Javascript, MySQL Developers Wanted

This is for the development of a cutting edge Web Application. We are looking for an experienced Web 2.0 Developer with advanced AJAX experience. For us, this means experience with Prototype and/or jQuery (please have examples of work). It is also a requirement to be able to work with PHP and MySQL and Zend Framework along with, perhaps, CakePHP or a similar framework (Kohana, for example). Special consideration will be given to those with exceptional XHTML, Photoshop, and CSS skills. Communication and reliability is essential. Opportunity exists here for long-term employment with the right individuals. Please provide at least 3 examples of websites with PHP/MySQL back-ends with AJAX/XHTML/CSS on the front-end that you have worked on and specify which framework(s) was/were used. Also, if you were a member of a team on the example you send, please specify which portion you were responsible for.
