Customizing PHP Template and editing PHP Script

***PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE BIDDING!*** I have an open source php project I want to have customized and tweaked. This will be re-distributed to others for install on their host and domain. This is a type of autoresponder list mailing php script project that is working as is, used to send mail out to list and collect opt-ins. This is what I would like to have done: 1. Re-brand and Re-design layout and user interface, something modern, easy to use and appealing to the eyes. 2. Create custom logo and a few different banners for the re-branded program. 3. Internally program script to add a text ad and link to the bottom of all the emails sent out, these will rotate per email sent and can be stored and pulled from a db on my hosting account. I will be creating and posting the email text ads to be used/ 4. Add strategically placed banner and text ad blocks within the user and admin interface, ads will rotate and can be stored and pulled from a db on my hosting. I will be creating and posting the ads to be used. 5. Every time someone adds a user, or a user opts in, they need to also be added to my master db I will host in addition to the admins' hosted db. 6. Edit support page with ticket system (I have osTicket set up) as well as a notes section that will pull from a text file on my host. 7. Create an easy way for users to install on their host, some ideas for this would be an un-pack and install via ftp, dns, or something from my site. This page will need to be created for new users to type in required data for [login to view URL], dl, execute/install as well as add them to the master db on my host in a user friendly manner.
