Customize#2 Dzoic Handshakes

I am looking for an expert coder who MUST have a lot of experience with Dzoic Handshakes, smarty, and graphics. You MUST be able to do your own coding work. 1. I would like to modify the create event form section by re-arranging some of the fields and add some new fields.
