It needs to be veryeasy to use. It will need to be as easy as sending an email. So a rich texteditor is needed. The admin of the website is not very computer literate butthey can use basic features. We need the CMS to be very easy for the admin ofthe website. A nice GUI is? important. The design and css of the websitemust be upheld and be fluent. The events will be grabbed from the? calendar (discussed bellow) the admin does not have to go to a special area to do this and this should? automatically? be done.? This will make more sense after you read the? calendar? section. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? b) You will need to make the newsletter functional and have a section in the admin panel where you can send the news letter (will? discuss? more of this bellow) 2) Parents page ([login to view URL]) Please refer to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Fairly simple page, the admin should only need to use a rich text editor of some sort and it will need to go well with the CSS already used on the website.? I will also need for an archive of all posts and if the admin wants to re-publish a past post they can? easily? do so. I want you to make sure and? maintain? the look of the website and keep i looking clean. The events page is a big? calendar. When I was doing a basic good search I found this? <[login to view URL]>? I like the features it has but I do not need all the customization? available. The basics I do need. The admin needs to be able to easily add events to this? calendar? and they need to be easily seen by a user. I also like the list mode on? <[login to view URL]>? This way a user can see events a couple of months in advance. This is where data for the homepage will be grabbed from and posted.? This is one of the most important functions of the website. 4) Staff Page (I do not have the layout made yet but I will be giving this to you while you build the CMS) Please refer to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] This needs to be an easy way to show the staff to the users. There are 3 locations with different staff (the 3 locations are static) so there will be 3 pages where the info will be posted in but I need the admin to only go to one place in the CMS. 5) Career (Similar to? <[login to view URL]>) Refer to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The need of this page is to show job? opportunities? to prospective people. Simple page. 6) Newsletter As we captures all the emails from people subscribing I need there to be an easy way for the admin to send the newsletter. You will need to create a basic design for the newsletter which goes with the design of the website.?
