Creation of a Joomla 1.5 template

Creation of a Joomla 1.5 template with 2 views. 1) homepage 2) subpage. An HTML prototype can be found on here: [login to view URL] This prototype consists of: a) pictures with hyperlink (should be maintained within joomla) b) a large banner (will be flash, should be maintained) c) menu (submenu items should be vertically under the main menu - this is not presented in the current prototype) d) 'nieuwsupdate' which will be a Twitter include or an RSS include e) Newsflash (overview of latest news) f) Video (embedded Object from Youtube) g) Flickr integration (iFrame) h) 'Kilometer donateur' i) footer. All these items should be maintained from within joomla. The news items and all the other pages in the menu will be opened in the second view: the subpage.
