Create a Wordpress site with 11 pages based on my PSDs (responsive)

I need a new web site created based on PSD files from my designer. The web site is simple and has very limited dynamic elements. No custom post types will be required and there is no need to create custom plugins. The design of the site is based on the twitter_bootstrap framework (for example, you could start with this theme [login to view URL] ). The site must be "responsive" and I will provide designs showing what the screen must look like when the window is small size such as for a mobile phone. There are 6 different page templates and 5 more pages that use those pages with different content and images (total of 11 pages must be built). There will be a milestone for completion of the first page. If we are not satisfied with quality after that first page is delivered, we will pay you for the page but we will cancel the project and find a different developer. If you take the project, you must complete the work within 11 calendar days of getting all PSD files. Of course, the page must be built using modern standards using CSS and be W3C compliant and it must look good on common browsers such as Internet Explorer 8, 9, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, iPad, and iPhone. I will send the designs to the winning bidder so that they can examine them before accepting the project.
