Create Simple Health Calculators for me (You can use PHP/javascript/Ajax/JQuery or anything)

You have to build 6 simple health calculators. The logic is pretty simple in all of them though u may have to spend some time in understanding what is BMI or how we calculate it. In alsmost all of them, user will put some info and u need to output the result as per inputs. I am looking for someone who is smart and good to understand what I am looking for and can use his own judgmental skills to come up with BEST working and looking tools. Net is full of such kind of tools so I want to make sure they stand out. It will be nice if you can use some nice colors/pics or ajax/jquery. I have mentioned all the 6 calculators below with some of the examples, so u can easily understand what I am looking for. If it is NOT clear to you, Please get back to me. BMR calculator (Basal Metabolic Rate) - Check Google for what they are and how they work. Guideline - * Search on Google first to understand how each calculator works and needs what kind of info and what it outputs. Most of them are simple enough but try to cover everything and make it comprehensive. * It has to be unique and should ONLY be written for me. I will own the complete copyrights for it and you will NEVER disclose the code of it to anyone. * USE Ajax and JQuery or any such thing. Don’t use javascript popups. It will be nice if we also “hide??. Some code so people can not copy it. * Nice looks are important. It’s on you to decide how you are going to give nice looks to it. Ajax and JQuery has lot of cool things, so do try to use it. I just want to make sure that these calculators stand out from all the others. For example,you can Use nice Fade in/fade out stuff if required. You can also use nice images and buttons too. Again, its totally on you. You are free to use freely available codes though. * Everything should work, I will thoroughly check each calculator, its code and functionality. Make sure there are NO security leaks and scope of sql injections. My budget is $100 which looks appropriate since the work don't require more than a day for someone who knows how to use Ajax/JQuery stuff. First timers need not to apply.
