Create a Click dropdown menu and integrate with my image tabs

Make that Gallery button to Dropdown by "CLICK"..I've had dropdowns made of CSS,hover and click and they are not to hard to make...Just add a bit of javascript etc......I added image header tabs and now need it integrated with a Click Dropdown menu & the links you see in my code image..That current gallery button you see in screenshot has a hover image apart from the one you see..This are image header tabs not css...NOTE:another different image will show upon hover,leave that as is ....If you can start right now message me..Will do 1 milestone of $35.00 max..It will be released after a completed functional project..No over bidders on days or price..Project is for 6 hours [url removed, login to view] be 0-day bid & over priced will be ignored....I will hand over the [url removed, login to view] file for you to work on and the [url removed, login to view] file..If you can do this work message me..No FTP logins will be givin in this project only files..If you can start now message me...Thanks Pete

(1.)Make it click dropdown menu & make it work for all browser and align that button as you can see its goes up in IE and in Safari it display correctly..

(2.) Keep the current Bootstrap CSS i was using before I modified it with image header tabs..(That css file is [url removed, login to view] or id: #sddm)..Do a simple JS to work with this css file to where i will adjust my css again..

(3.)I need an "else created" for not logged header tabs ,,why? because i will resize later my image tabs for later to a larger width size and need it not to conflict or expand my logged in display of tabs for when logged in....Basically add same header tabs codes again so i can modify and add different size image tabs for proper display of tabs when not logged..Will provide a screenshot to better understand point 3..
