Correct WYSIWYG editor and form

We need some erorrs fixed in an admin site: Problem 1: We noticed that the $ price field is not allowing commas in the field. Say the admin wants to set a price of $300,000; the admin puts the 300,000 in the field but when the listing is published it appears as $300. The listing needs to appear with the commas. This is for both the Admin and Superadmin Problem 2: you edit the listing through the superadmin; the editor adds another every time is edited again. Example: -Big Truck (br /) -This truck is reliable and excellent condition (br /) -Contact me for more info then the superadmin edits the listing and it appears like: -Big Truck (br /)(br /) -This truck is reliable and excellent condition (br /)(br /) -Contact me for more info Make it so it doesn't add the extra (br /) and the the WYSIWYG edit appear so the admins don't see the html code like when the listing is originally created? We need this done in the next 24 hours.
