Convert Template Monster Template For Joomla!

I have purchased a template from Template monster that I need converted for use with Joomla CMS. I need this template converted very fast, you will need to make this template ready for Joomla as well as change the banner head of the template. Will also need you to design a Logo for this site, and add it to the flash banner that is part of the current template. This is a simple quick project I need done. You must be available to work on EST time zone. You must be very proficient in the following: - English Written - Joomla - PHP / HTML - Flash & Graphics Please provide links to other Joomla!
