Convert my PSD's to XHTML/ CSS Wordpress Theme

I have a website I've designed in Photoshop. I need to get those PSD's sliced and converted in to high quality, cross-browser compatible valid XHTML/ CSS markup. Then I need them implemented as a theme for Wordpress

I have a website I've designed in Photoshop. I need to get those PSD's sliced and converted in to high quality, cross-browser compatible valid XHTML/ CSS markup. Then I need them implemented and installed as a theme for Wordpress.

I would like the site files to be as small as possible. So all places that can be filled with a background color instead of graphics then that's what I want to do.

In short or other words I want to be able to take my psd's turn them in to a website and manage that site with wordpress. I need all of the functionality of wordpress hooked up to this site.

A couple of additional things that will need to be done is getting the rollover nav working along with changing the color of the nav depending on the section of the site. The section they are on will turn green. See index screenshot in the attachment.

I have also created a "Catagory" page as you will see in the screenshot. This page will be the page for each of the site catagories. However you will need to add the catagory text to the title on each page. I will provide you with the font to install on your machine that we use on the layout.
