Convert PHP Pages To HTML For DVD

We have about 10 php pages that currently work on a website. The pages need to be converted to html so they can run off a standalone dvd. So all images, style sheets, html files (currently php) will need to be changed, and links for images, downloadable content, etc made "relative" so everything works without an internet connection. The only exception are video files hosted on third party sites like vimeo.com. They can stay "as-is". We also host our own video files, so you will copy the files they use to play (which are on the above pages) and create relative directories for the relevant video files. You do not have to supply the actual video files, just create a list of what video files are used in the files so we can manually copy them onto the dvd (this will save you having to download and then re-upload the video files to us). All other support files, images, pdf files, etc need to be included and a relative directory created and the links updated to point to these directories. Any .mov files need to have their links updated to a relative directory, and then you need to supply us a list of the files to be copied into the local directory (again to save you having to supply a huge zip file to us). You would then supply us with one zip file containing all standalone files. All we should have to do is add the files you are not including above into the directory you have created and everything should work This is not a difficult project, it's more about analysing each php file and "converting it" to a html file so that it will open and all pages will work on a dvd without requiring any downloading from the server ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
