Convert HTML Template to Smarty Script Template

I have created basic HTML/CSS/JS pages at my website and have purchased a script from [login to view URL] Basically what I need is someone to integrate this template into the script. I have created all the separate HTML pages so I just need someone to take the time and merge them with the script.. I need the site to look EXACTLY the same as the template at my website so if you cant achieve this, please do not bother too bid.
