Consultancy for website solution

The Project: We are looking for consultancy work to build our website. The Consultant Job is to provide is to take our requirements and propose a solution. A full solution description and technical specifications, implementation recommendations and estimate costs will be required. ----- Us: We are a well being company that offer many services to our customers. most of these services have improvements over time to our customers and we have huge amount of data for each costumer in each service. and example is weight management: we capture many fields using advance Body Composition Analysis machines that stores the customer data and progress over time in a program. ----- What are we looking for: We are looking for a website that will have a customer log in and in the customer log in and see all his data and improvements over time. These will include graphs, customer data, and other custom applications that can enhance the customer experience. We want a back end solution to consolidate all our data in one place (one data base with all customer data) and a web ECM with sign in (Joomla is recommended). The full solution shall be integrated together.
