Connecting 2 Application

We have 2 application "WHMCS" and "Social Engine" installed on the same server and also using the same database.

What we need is to make the both application work together, for example:

if someone register in one of the application, automatically the person it's also registered in the other one, allowing him to login in both application with the same login. The most important part is, if the user make any change on his profile, will automatically changes on the other application.
