Community Mod: Accept Buddies/Pic&Profile Comments

Hi all, currently our online community allows users to add buddies to their profile, without any approval, we wish: BUDDIE REQUEST 1. Users to be able to approve & decline friend request 2. Friend will not show on profile until friend has accepted request. 3. User will receive email stating freind requested accepted. PICTURE COMMENT 1. Users are able to submit picture comment, as seen on: [login to view URL];1=2133556&pid=6645951 2. Users will be able to accept or decline picture comments PROFILE COMMENTS 1. users will be able to submit profile comments this will be shown similiar to: mypace profile comment system, please see there site. 2. users will be able to accept comments or decline 3. html will not be blocked, when sumbitting comments
