Chatbox Interaction

I have a chatbox which is at the url: [url removed, login to view]

login username: viewer

password: viewer123

you will then be asked for another login which you can enter any name as a guest.

Once logged in you will see a chat window, where you can move your chat character around and type text.

I need this altered to other users online can see each other, and see each other chatter move and chat. It needs to be fast and use less server resources as possible.

This is only 1 stage of work, i am looking for someone to keep working on this project after completion.
