CSS Expert Needed to Modify Existing HEAVILY MODDED JOOMLA site(repost)(repost)

This bid request entails three smaller jobs. Modify the site CSS to incorporate the USER MENU to appear at the top of the page but only when the user is logged in. Secondly, modify our blogging software to look more like the site.? We are using MyBlog software for Joomla.? It will involve some CSS changes.? ALL POSTS MUST BE VISIBLE IN THEIR ENTIRETY ON THE BLOG HOMEPAGE. Lastly, modify the MENU CSS of the current site so that SUBMENUS are collapsible.? The resulting look should be similar to the attached mock up images.? When a user clicks on a different Parent menu item, the previous menu should collapse...? ? You may use third party Javascript to achieve this result if need be.? Something like this (? <[login to view URL]>? ) should give you a good starting point. The site should not go DOWN when you are testing/making these changes.? I will provide you with the current site template so you may test it on your own server/site before starting.? Inquiries without a BID amount will not be considered. ## Deliverables Shareware, Freeware, Scripts from sites, anything may be used/borrowed/recommended purchased to ease the situation for the coder. The menu MUST be modified in CSS with maybe a bit of Javascript or DHTML. I prefer 100% CSS, but do what you have to do ;)
