COPY login registration setup from one site to another

I need someone that can "copy" user/password login, registration and admin area from [login to view URL] to www.designstages6.com. The site is the same, but different layout, so i will give access to both to copy from one and apply to the other. Once [login to view URL] is working as requested, then we will upload it and overlay eghosaoldboysglobal.org. This is what the site is currently doing: 1. The homepage has a box to enter user and password that has already been registered. 2. If not registered, then a message if user and password is incorrect should lead them to the registration page to enter information including user and password. 3. An email should be sent to a specified email address set in admin that someone has registered. 4. Admin should contain the regisration information for review. Within admin, the info can either be deleted or accepted. 5. Once registration is accepted, the data is posted to the database and the name, city and location is posted to the directory page. 6. A registered user can click on the name to see the full registration information. 7. A registered user can also list all registered to see the full directory list in report form. You can add your own creativity when copying, but that is the functionality i'm looking for. You must be able to ftp into the server once I provide the information. i'll provide ftp access and you will see mysql info already in place once given access to [login to view URL] within the php code. I need this very soon and not to accept a bid and not hear from someone in days or so or i'll have to cancel the work.
