Bulk email processing and administration on web

Project steps: 1. I need a way to send bulk email using current hosting server, where they have limitation on how many emails you may send in certain time. You may use existing software like PhpList, or others. There should be a way to sort through bad email from my collection. 2. Need a way to centralize email processing from a single admin page. In this case, there are email address collected from current customers, demo downloaders, from local pools, purchased mailing list etc. From admin page I should be able to send an email to categorized customers, lets say specific product demo downloaders, or lets say, software update news for specific to those customers, etc. 3. A way to collect email list to current database. For example, I need a way to add 1000 emails from my other web site by pasting it in a text area or uploading a csv files, etc. Currently demo download emails saved in a local db, instead of on server, and it needs to be changed too.
