Build Simple URL Shortening App

I need a simple URL shortener created. Here is the functionality thats required: * Please see the attached mockup to see how the app should look * App will be hosted on my domain at [login to view URL] - however, the short URL's will need to use the url: [login to view URL] - if a user visit [login to view URL] they should be redirected to the main app page at [login to view URL] * Script should use Ajax to create the short url - no page reloads. * User enters long URL in text input, hits enter, and its replaced by a short URL that the user can copy. * A user should be able to put "[login to view URL]" in front of any url in the address bar of their browser to have it shortened automatically. For example [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] -The script will need to parse the URL and redirect the user to the app and show the shortened link Ongoing work will be offered on this app and other projects of mine if this work is done to high standard at a good price.
