Beta Key Giveaway Shortcode & phpbb Skin

Hey guys, Im Angry Joe and I Review Video Games & Movies. I have a website that Id like to add two components to. 1. Im often given Beta Keys or Coupon Code from Publishers. I need to implement a system where I enter a spreadsheet worth of codes and when a user visits my site, logins in and clicks the "get key" button they are issued a code and it is crossed off from the list as having been redeemed so I dont have to manually give them out. Example here: [login to view URL] I'd like it nearly identical to this. 2. I've purchased a phpbb skin for my sites forums, I need someone to skin it so that it looks like it fits within my site. (skinning the areas around it so it matches my other webpages on my site).
