Artificial Odometer/counter needed asap

Hi I need an artificial counter to be created, the counter will be artificial so it will not be real time...the counter will be consistent and will not reset once user refreshes the page. So it is based upon the server and NOT the user. I.e lets say the counter is on 10 if user refreshes it will NOT go to 0 again but it will be continious. There is a specific style that I want it to be in regards to a flip style. And if users go on the website the counter will not start at zero but it will continue to go up continuously, from the server. Please note I will only pay once I have seen the counter working on the site as I have had problems in the past, the counter does need to be done within the next few hours, Individuals who have created such before will have an advantage please send an example of what you have done.
