Amazon EC and S3 setup

We need a new? windows/apache server + MySQL/MS? SQL? set up in Amazon's Electric computing cloud service to host a website AND database. We have an EC2 and S3 account, but nothing else. Your job is to do everything from scratch, design the environment,? provide all login details & basic instructions on how to connect to servers for uploading of site + database. You will also need to set up appropriate back up and any other external systems we need to run on EC2 and S3. We have nothing today other than a domain name, an EC2 and S3 account. We will need ongoing support from you as our developers build the website, and will need you to tune servers etc. Your bid should only include complete set-up of the system, not ongoing support (we will ahndle this through a new bid request only to you). Developers with EC2 experience preferred.
