Already developed site - needs a few more features

This task will require you to have EXPERT skills within the following: PHP, MYSQL, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX, MOD_REWRITE – I expect you to code by very strict OOP standards. The task involves developing a few new features to an ALREADY developed site. The new features will require developing from scratch, but a part of the new features will also use some of the existing data, so it’s basically a mix of making something new, integrating it with some of the current data. I’m looking to keep costs down, so this would only be frontend work – only backend thing is a pending part for submitted videoes. We already have a CMS part, so could be integrated with that. The site already got a user system, so people can create an account and login. This is essential for some of the features below. I will break it down pagewise: This is a sportssite and im looking to have like an index page for each club in our system. On the club index page the following features will appear: - Latest results we have the results in our database – so simple query job - Fans a list of people who have clicked to be fans of this club – just like the fans feature on facebook - Become fan you click the button to become fan of the club - View all fans Will list all fans on a page for itself - Most popular clubs a simple listing of clubs with the most fans in it – simple query - Latest video a simple query will get the youtube id from the database – and will be passed through the flash embed code – ill make the flash object – so basically a simple query - View all video button You get all listing of all videos for the specific club – simple query - View specific video Every video has a page for itself - Submit video 3 simple inputfields where the user (needs to be logged in) can submit a url for a youtube video. So no advanced file upload or anything, just 3 “strings” so to say. When a video is submitted, it will be pending in the CMS until an admin accepts it. - COMMENTS Users should be able to make comments on the club index page and the index page for each video. No advanced system – just a simple editor and submit. - MOD_REWRITE I need some more user friendly URLS. Example of pages which I would need to have rewritten [login to view URL] to > /odds/$[login to view URL] [login to view URL] to > /users/$[login to view URL] I think there’s around 5-8 URLS I need rewritten – and all the new features you make should also be rewritten. I will provide my suggestions for a database structure for all of this and also provide design coded out in html, so that you should be able to focus on the coding.
