I need an application that will Add / Amend / Delete records to a database that has 6 tables.
The application will preferably use AJAX and will populate 1 main table:
'Fixtures'
Fixture_id (auto_incremented on Insert)
Date (need to be able to choose a date using a calendar plug-in)
Time (i.e. 15:00)
Type (reads values from another table)
Name (text)
Description (text)
TVChannels (can include many channels - from another table)
Offers (can include many offers - from another table)
This app needs to be done very quickly and the coder needs to be very confident that they can finish the app within 2 weeks.
