Affiliate Marketing Automation

I have an affiliate marketing Website that I need some major assistance with lead generation. I have three main goals for this project a) Develop a script that automates the site to go and be posted on many Web 2.0 sites on an incremental basis. (i.e. Twitter every 20 minutes) or go onto groups for Facebook etc. If bookmarking is my limitation, that is ok. But I need a media blitz. b) Someone who has access to 400-500 US non-anonymous proxy addresses that will create a UNIQUE IP ADDRESS BLUEPRINT and test various affiliate campaigns with data I will provide you. If you do, and you can complete a project which will enable about 150 affiliate campaigns (3/4 of which are one to four fields long or less) to be fillable by a list of addresses/information I provide you. This would need to be staged over the course of a one-three month period as an overabundance of traffic will negatively impact my ability to continue relatioships with these companies. c)For the ones that require more detail, hand-entering information with data I will provide you. Same situation - must use UNIQUE IP ADDRESSES that are US ONLY and NOT ANONYMOUS. d) If you can do this by building a co-reg while cleaning the cookies for each time an entry is entered, so the pixel can be fired - that would be even easier for you and me. Please provide bids and be reasonable with pricing for upfront work as I will not pay anyone a large sum until I see a sample of results that you are capable of completing the work.
