AJAX with Flash programmer for financial analyst tool

In need of an AJAX programmer with some Flash experience to develop a financial analysis tool. We would like this tool to be web based and as 'light' as possible as it will be subscription based. Knowledge of database integration and accessibility a must. We have a proof of concept that will serve as a good outline of the project. Basic breakdown of the project is as follows: User views a chart of the financial instrument of their choosing. Then the user will select a desired portion of the chart and based on that selection, associated date will populate a designated field next to the chart. There will be many bells and whistles to follow after the basic functionality is completed. We are patent pending ## Deliverables We will retain the right to all code, methods, and database structure associated with the project. The programmer must complete all work in the decided upon time frame. We will go over a detailed list of requirements and expectations once the proper programmer is selected. We need the major functionality portion of the project to be completed within 30 days or less which is very reasonable. Due to our patent pending nature I am very cautious about what to divulge at this stage. Obviously I do not know enough to write what I need myself but I do know that to a competent AJAX programmer, this project will be very strait forward. We have actually begun development but my programers have proven to be unreliable and have not met a single deadline. In spit of that we are actually fairly far along. Because of this I have every reason to believe that someone who is very comfortable with AJAX/Flash type applications and who will follow through on their work should have no problems. I assure you all that their is nothing overly complex about our project. I did forget to mention in the requirements that there will be the need for middleware as we will potentially have thousands of subscribers. But from what I understand that piece is understood in the AJAX world.? I hope I do not frustrate you but I am looking for someone that I feel has a good grasp on AJAX/Flash and the other necessary web/database development pieces. Again the requirements are fairly standard. If you know AJAX well then you should have no problems completing the work.
