Custom Quote Calculator

What I'm looking for: Looking to hire someone to help me with a Wordpress widget custom quote calculator for a shipping company. The quote calculator will take a host of different input variables (quantity, type, weight, distribution, etc). The end result will need to be emailed to end user with BCC back to the shipping company. What I have already: All data and parameters, all graphics, and the formula used for the calculator. Special Requirements: The calculator must not break or hinder current wordpress plugins. Please send estimates via PM with previous examples of work.
