Create a screen scraping app that retrieves download information from an Android Market Place Publishers Account

I am looking for someone to create a screen scraper app that will login to <[login to view URL]> and then extract the download count for each app that is listed. The apps span one or more pages and because they are sorted alphabetically any new apps may change the order. Therefore, the script needs to be dynamic to navigate through all the pages and then through each of the apps to extract the name and total install count. The app must run on a Mac/Linux The response should be a CSV file (if PHP then just return as a response) that returns the following rows: <ApplicationName>, <ApplicationPackageName>, <TotalInstalls> and example would be: My Application, [login to view URL], 324 For security reasons we are unable to provide a username and password to our marketplace account, therefore you should already have access to a marketplace account that you can use to build the scraping app against. App can be created in PHP (preferred) C# as long as it runs successfully on Mono on Mac Or suggest a technology that works on Mac.
