Create Mini Sites Template

We want you to develop a template for Mini Directories sites. These are small 3 or 4 business directories. I'm looking for a fast turnaround, so if you can not start and stay at work until finished, then this project is not for you. We have the design we want you to follow. The sites will have 5 pages in the main directory and 3 to 4 pages in the business description directory. That's all. What we want you to do is take the design and create an easy to use template where we can create mini sites quickly and then just upload load them to the appropriate sites. We want to be able to create these sites daily, so your creation needs to be easy for us to use. You will need to create the forms where we will input the directory name and then enter the businesses information in the directory along with the images needed and then create all the html pages. We want this to be seo friendly, so a php solution is not what I am looking for. All html pages, with keywords and description etc. You can use php as your means to create the sites, but the finished product needs to be in html. We have server were your site creator can be hosted it that's how you get to the end result. Design work will be minimal, but a few changes will be nescessary. TELL ME EXACTLY HOW YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS GOAL. IF YOU JUST PUT A BID DOWN, I'LL PROBABLY IGNOR YOUR BID. GIVE ME DETAILS SO I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS AND DO IT QUICK.
