Chatting software

We need a chatting software on our website www.bilcool.com. That software must have the following features: # User Registration # User can chat with another user # User can create their own profile with some basic information with at-least one profile picture. # User can connect with there Yahoo, MSN, Facebook,Skype,google + , Orkut accounts. # User can create their own chat room with password. # We (Admin) can put google ads on certain portion of the application ie. In chat room on the home page ect. # Video Chat and File sharing with very easy to use functions # Our chat system can be access by mobile devices (ie. Nokia, Iphone so on...) # A mobile software so that our users can chat via mobile by that software ( same like Nimbuzz) . # offline message system # admin control panel with lots of options. * Add / Delete users * Suspend user * modify user info * so on.. please i need more features on admin control panel please give sug...
