Build web-service on Ragnarok Online private server (eAthena server)

Project requires a webservice to be built on top of the eAthena server (Ragnarok Online private server) for the purpose of moving virtual items own by individual players from one player to another. As such the process will be to delete a row representing specific virtual items from a player's account and recreate those rows in another player's account within the player account tables in the eAthena database. ## Deliverables Other requirements will be to create new tables within the eAthena server database to "store" or "hold" the virtual items until they are eventually moved to another player. Step 1: A request via web service to move a virtual good Step 2: Create the virtual good row is held in a "holding" table, until it is eventually released Step 3: When a request is made, delete the virtual good from the "holding" table and create the row in a specified player's account.
