Blackberry 413 Error

OK I did my research and thought the problem was the "download limit" which is that the file was too big. But.. I then notice that when i download it without the counter/script of my site..the files downloaded. For example is I try to access this same file through the script in blackberry..it gives a 413 error.. [login to view URL](Step%20Up%203D)%20[[login to view URL]].mp3 but if i do it directy without the counter..it downloads the file [login to view URL]%20&%20Yandel%20-%20Irresistible%20(Step%20Up%203D)%20%[login to view URL]%5D%20(1).mp3 anyone has a solution to this?
